1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FELIX Green platform ("Platform") operated by the Felix Green Foundation ("Foundation," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
• Not located in a jurisdiction subject to sanctions or restrictions.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services

FELIX Green offers the following services:

• Token purchases (IDO) across subscription phases.
• Cloud mining contracts (Hashrate Contracts).
• Referral and rewards program (Bonus system).
• Rank and ambassador system.
• Staking and token holding.

5. Mining Contracts

Mining contracts are cloud mining services with a fixed duration. By purchasing a contract, you agree to:

• Pay the full contract price upfront.
• Receive coins daily throughout the contract duration.
• No refund of the contract value after purchase.

6. Referral Program

The referral program rewards users for inviting new members. Conditions:

• You must purchase at least one mining contract to qualify.
• Bonus is distributed as 60% cash (USDT) and 40% FELIX tokens.
• Bonus extends across 10 generations.
• The Foundation reserves the right to modify bonus rates with prior notice.

7. Rank and Ambassador System

The rank system is based on two conditions:

• Number of members in your team.
• Business Volume (investment volume) in your team.

Rewards are granted when both conditions are met. The Foundation reserves the right to modify rank conditions.

8. Risks

Investing in digital currencies involves significant risks, including:

• Extreme price volatility.
• Complete loss of capital.
• Technical and regulatory risks.

Only invest what you can afford to lose. This document does not constitute investment advice.

9. KYC/AML Compliance

We may require you to provide identity documents for identity verification and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to provide documents may result in account restriction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are the property of the Foundation. They may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

Use of the Platform for the following is prohibited:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Fraud or market manipulation.
• Impersonation or providing false information.
• Violation of any applicable laws.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory requests.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation shall not be liable for:

• Investment or profit losses.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions or security breaches.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance.

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Felix Green Foundation. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
